ITLRN 2023
ITLRN Conference 2023 in Milan
The International Tax Law Research and Policy Network (ITLRN) is an international research network bringing together leading academics and practitioners in international tax law. It was founded by leading international tax experts from academia and practice and promotes independent research in international tax law as a basis for informed and substantive discussion.
Following the successful inaugural conference in Belgrade, the second ITLRN conference was held in September 2023 in Milan, Italy. The conference focused on recent trends in permanent establishment, business nexus and profit allocation, with particular attention to highly digitalised business models and the implications of the OECD Pillar One and Pillar Two initiatives. Discussions covered both technical and policy aspects, including sector-specific challenges, substance requirements, and mechanisms for dispute prevention and resolution.
FS+P was pleased to support the ITLRN Milan conference as a sponsor and to contribute to a high-level exchange involving academics, policymakers, practitioners and business representatives.
